Deborah Lambson lives in El Paso, Texas with her husband and rowdy Terrier mix pup, Rio. She was born in Vancouver, Canada but spent much of her growing up years on a ranch in the beautiful wilds of northern British Columbia. She raised three wonderful children and now also enjoys watching the growing brood of Grands.

With her husband as her dauntless companion she has lived overseas for several years enjoying extensive travel throughout the Middle East, Europe and the UK. All of these places have served to provide fodder for her expansive imagination and love for adventure and new experiences.

As a middle of six siblings, a mother of three and an educator in Early Childhood Education, children have always played a significant role in Deborah’s life.

Now, comfortably settled in the proverbial empty nest she finds she is enjoying once again immersing herself in the world of little ones as she explores the art of illustrating children’s books. She uses traditional methods of watercolour and ink as well as digital paint.
