Elizabeth Kuelbs lives at the edge of a Los Angeles canyon with her husband and three children. She writes for kids and teens around soccer momming, running a small real estate investment business, and saving unattended bagels from her goofy Bernese Mountain Dog.

Elizabeth holds an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts, and has poetry, fiction, and non-fiction published or forthcoming in Highlights, Cricket, Vestal Review, the Hawaii Women’s Journal and other publications. She’s happily at work on several humorous and non-fiction picture books, and a contemporary young adult ghost story.
