Gianne is an Illustration student, studying at the Arts University Bournemouth, UK. Her interests within illustration include narrative, sequential imagery and children’s picture books.

Gianne enjoys creating her own characters and narratives, writing stories inspired by childhood nostalgia, home and family. She is enthusiastic and passionate about children’s picture books, and aims to pursue a career creating books for publication. Her illustrations are simple and colourful, often trying to explore a sense of journey through her characters.

Illustrators such as Emily Hughes, Jon Klassen, Rebecca Cobb, Ella Bailey serve huge inspiration to her work.
